Douglas Drive In painting

I’ve done quite a few commissioned paintings, and this was one of my favorites.  It was for some cool clients that turned out to be good friends.  The client and I where on the same page for the overall feel of the painting, and so I added some personal touches like the 50’s drive in sign for a drive in that was very near the client’s home.  I really wish I had the opportunity to do more pieces like this…
